Pool Rules

Failure to abide by any of these rules will result in forfeiture of pool privileges and/or fines.

Pool Hours 8am to 10pm

  • A pool monitor is being hired to enforce pool rules during peak times. The pool monitor will be responsible for making sure only authorized guests have access to our pool area and enforcing the pool rules. The pool monitor will be authorized to eject any guests who do not follow the rules.
  • The pool is private and for Parkside residents only.  No unaccompanied guests are permitted to enter the pool area.
  • Each household is permitted NO MORE THAN 4 guests at a time.
  • Absolutely NO GLASS in the pool area.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the fence.
  • No water balloons are permitted in the pool area.
  • Trash belongs in the trash can. Please clean up after yourself, your children, and your guests when you leave the pool area.
  • No climbing or swinging on the gate or fence.
  • Do not defecate on the floor. (Sadly this has to be stated.  It has happened multiple times)
  • No extended parking in the pool parking lot.  Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Overall, please remember the pool is for the use and enjoyment of our neighborhood. Please respect the pool like you would you own home.

A replacement can be obtained through your property manager at a cost of $25.00

The HOA will determine the opening date for each year.  For 2024 this date has not been determined yet.

Pool access is controlled by an electronic gate. If you did not receive a key card from the seller or you have misplaced your card a replacement can be obtained through your property manager at a cost of $25.00
