FAQ
The services provided are related to general upkeep/maintenance. Mowing the grass during the growing season. Edging at all concrete surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks and curbs. Edging at all soft surfaces such as pine straw or mulched beds. Trimming shrubbery in the front yard only approximately 3-5 times per year. Weed control is applied to the turf 5-7 times per year. There is no guarantee of weekly service. All mowing, edging, and pruning happen on an as-needed basis, as determined by BrightView, not as determined by the homeowner.
They are providing a “Community Wide Service” which means there is a standard set by the contract for the whole community. This means that BrightView provides the same service to all homes in the community based on the contract with the HOA. Because the community is so large and weather if often a factor it is left up to BrightView to determine when to mow or not while still meeting the terms of the contract. We do expect BrightView to not tear up the yards by using heavy equipment when it is too wet. If you feel that they have damaged your lawn please contact them through their message system and notify the HOA through the contact form on this site.
BrightView typically sends an email with a weekly plan for service. All attempts will be made to communicate this with residents but this is only a guideline and is subject to change.
