HOA Dues and Payment Information
Current dues are $100 and due on the 1st of each month.
Payments after the 10th are considered late and will be charged a late fee of 15%.
Coweta Parkside Village is managed by HomeLink Property Management.
As part of their responsibilities that go along with managing the community they also enforce the covenants, develop budgets and effective collection procedures, manage the association’s assets, and supervise maintenance activities and contractor performance.

To enforce the covenants of the community the board has hired the services of a property management company. This company acts as a 3rd party to drive through the neighborhood and make sure all homes are abiding by these covenants. If something on your home is observed you will receive notification about this. The first letter is a “friendly reminder”, which gives you time to address the issue. If you do not address the issue then you will continue to receive letters and after a time fines will begin to be assessed until it is addressed.
