To enforce the covenants of the community the board has hired the services of a property management company.  This company acts as a 3rd party to drive through the neighborhood and make sure all homes are abiding by these covenants.  If something on your home is observed you will receive notification about this.  The first letter is a “friendly reminder”, which gives you time to address the issue.  If you do not address the issue then you will continue to receive letters and after a time fines will begin to be assessed until it is addressed.
